Rush Out To Meet It
I spent weekend in the province of Pangasinan as the previous group of new agents I handled (with the other sales advisers) and their Team Leader decided to knock a summer outing in the gorgeous municipality of Bolinao. Most of us, if not all, didn’t expect that we will be staying in a nipa hut type of house so the booze during the first night helped a lot of us to stop thinking about the unfriendly new insects and the rather thwarting, uncanny house. But the following day introduced us to a new experience as we travelled to the American-built, vintage lighthouse, went to a cave that has an actual pool inside, enjoyed the pacific heat through the extended body of beach waters and set up a bonfire at night. I haven’t truly recovered yet, but I’m pushing for this latest update to still keep the energy going. (The title comes from the song A Pacific Romance by Last Winter.)
