The mind-boggling sexy ads

Several weeks ago when my mom was confined in MCU (by the way, I’ll never recommend this hospital to anyone), I’ve seen several advertisements printed in tarps, posted in lamp posts and with a signature-like prints of the name Joel Cruz. There were several items printed but honestly, the only reason why it marked in my head was because one of these ads features a sexy man in his undies. Then I thought to myself: Who is this Joel Cruz? Is he a designer? Or is the name used only as a catchphrase for a new Avon-like pre-selling drive? Until now, I still don’t have answers to these questions. Who is this guy and what’s with his passion in designing undies?
